Shawn Mesheau "NPC" looks back on his time as "Mayor of Sackville" and says that he has a happy feeling about solar panels on a building in the middle of the town's park... really? I don't think he ever had any idea what it meant to take the initiative and 'lead' in this region... just another follower of the "Agenda" set by the puppetmasters.
What an odd character this guy truly is... good riddance from a key leadership role, happy R&R.
