Updated: TLA IDEAS for Fundraising a NEW concrete skatepark project for Tantramarshire!

[originally posted in 2020]
We acknowledge and welcome
Joseph Gregory Hallett King John III
Please see video here:

Some things are worth advocating for...

Local Bruce Wark, Warktimes.com
won't cover the skatepark project,
King John III or this blogger's work...
 and why it even exists...
perhaps liberty isn't his concern?

our new crop of local politicians
will happily work towards 'another monument'
instead of a new concrete skatepark project venue for the youth... why?

Why is Mayor elect Andrew Black now
joining with advocates online who
are promoting and advancing
financed/funded Tiny House Projects?

Here:
Would Andrew Black himself live in one
of these dog house / kennels / shed homes?
Nope... he wouldn't.
 Bruce Wark
@Warktimes.com is continually
censoring and suppressing my commentary [or editing it] at his website...  why?

Liberty, joy and fun are most desirable goals...

Facebook is no longer accessible to me...
ask why?

Great Skateparks Make Great Towns

Recalling some group postering from the way back
machine with Julien and our skate youth
 - these youth made an effort advocating for a new skatepark..
which is more than any of
our overpaid, arrogant, lazy town hall staffers have done
or our ineffectual, uninspired, duly elected politicians
so far... [many of whom were Rotary club minions]

there is no scientific proof that face masks
save lives at all so stop complying with the nonsense!

The new "Town of Tantramar"
electorate consists of
9,019 people but only about 1,000 or so voted for Andrew Black for Mayor...

"Wearing a mask is identifying you as one of the 95% to be killed, because you're identified as stupid and not reacting to save your own life... wearing a mask is dressing the same as the pedophiles dress .. so that the pedophiles feel at home." - Greg Hallett, King John III

MASK MANDATOR & VAXX PROMOTER
& ill-informed Town of Sackville Mayor Shawn Mesheau

Please Take Notice:
Our New King John III does not recommend face masks or unsafe vaccines!

Who will work hard
to assure the completion of a
new great big concrete skatepark project
venue for our youth?

Former Mayor Bob #StayHome 'Boomer' Berry,
a Rotary Club guy, had
passed over on this project during his time as mayor [2012-2016]

Former Mayor Mesheau
standing second from the right back row
in the group photo below
had no plans to get this project done..

In the summer of 2013
this was the line-up in the palace:

Mayor Bob Berry,
Councillor Bruce Phinney,
Councillor Bill Evans,
 Councillor Ron Aiken,
Councillor Margo Tucz-King,
Councillor  Mike Tower,
Councillor Shawn Mesheau,
Councillor Joyce McNeil,
and Councillor Ron Corbett...
[total inept out of touch boomer demographics]

when a motivated and organized group of about a dozen or so
skateboarding youth came together to make a public appeal and
presentation in our new $14million town hall for their new concrete skatepark
what happened?  Essentially, they were smiled at and ignored..
so this ongoing online appeal is for them and their friends and
all the local skateboarders and future
skateboarders and all the visitors and helpful locals...
and skateboarding tourists, eager travellers,
enthusiasts and beginners and weekend adventurers...
we want to get this project done now..

I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN YOU!

YOUTH LIVES MATTER!
WE ARE TANTRAMAR!

Of note the Town of Sackville had no problem spending $10,000 each for black metal flower pots scattered by dozens around the Town's downtown since 2013.

How is this possible for them to ignore the youth's skatepark venue request? There is money to spend on many expensive flower pots? Who is making these spending decisions?

As many readers are aware already this blog exists due to
censorship online by the management/technocrats in
the town of Sackville NB .. censorship of taxpayers/homeowners
in the region is a 'bad business' and you don't need a well paid consultant to inform you of that truth.. do you?
I try here to keep abreast of their ongoing
shenanigans as should we all on the real issues that matter -
as does Bruce Wark with a journalistic background..

The gifted Lund Property now an addition to the Sackville Waterfowl Park offers a unique opportunity for creative fundraising.  Along the park's Squire Street portion there could be divided off private home building lots for at least 10 single-family homes and those building lots if sold off to private home owners/developers/builders by the Town of Sackville would raise the money needed to cover the cost to build a great new concrete skatepark venue which a local youth group requested in their 2013 presentation in the town hall... Perhaps this project when completed could put our town on the map for a great sports venue & tourism.. a low maintenance investment!

Another option would be to put affordable, co-op housing no more than four stories high that would utilize this section of land along Squire Street backing onto woods at the Lund park and create a series of well designed dwellings [1000 sq. ft.] connected [2 - 3 bedroom suites] for families and low-income renters and those with mobility issues who require ground floor living... the town would own and collect rent and would help ease the current housing crunch.  Suites could be multi-level design that utilize vertical space for each unit and create a feeling of a 'co-op village' on the park -- as the one across the pond does next to St. Paul's Anglican Church.  Squire Street is a popular dead end street in a desirable part of town ... this would be a good opportunity for the Town to make use of this property.
"Squire Street Co-Op" - tucked into an old established neighbourhood in town.  The beauty of living in this part of town is you have most services within easy walking distance and don't need a vehicle.  I gave up a car addiction in 2016, its worked out just fine for me.  I walk a lot and stay healthy and enjoy time outside with my dogs... its a lovely town...
The design of this project would be a wonderful opportunity to create something special.

Possible skatepark location off Exit 506 at the end of Bridge Street - Highway visible open space?

I know that the town management values feedback from the public so I offer this suggestion because they may not allow me to post on their Facebook wall any longer but I still have ideas and want them to be known publicly for others here.
I've been censored off comments @ Town of Sackville on Facebook since 2015.
Facebook deleted my account in 2019 as did Twitter... tough crowd.

Park to be dedicated to Cst. David Ross, Cst. Fabrice Georges Gevaudan, and Cst. Douglas James Larche who were killed in the Moncton shootings of June 2014 and fallen hero Cst. Frank Deschenes.

The reality is that by thinking outside the box here no one needs to fundraise or beg for any donations at all [as Mr. Cole of Parks and Rec had said to me that the youth must do...he's wrong] and our youth would then of course benefit immensely from Mr. Lund's gift for us all because its all about sharing the wealth.. isn't it?

Creative financing and fundraising does not have to be difficult or complicated.  We should hold our politicians and staff accountable to the public that they serve when requests are put forth.  I also realize this was before Matt Pryde and Jamie Burke were in their jobs but this is now something well within their capacity to act on behalf of the youth. There is nothing stopping them putting their heads together now to achieve this great goal.
I suggest our well paid Town's staff get on with this project!

More new homes would be a great addition and the new homeowners would enjoy backing onto a greenbelt -- one of the great pleasures enjoyed in this sweet little town on the marshlands.  New homes add to our tax base, are good for building economy with jobs for skilled tradesmen, and will drive new people and possibly business ventures here improving our overall economic and civic growth.

Pre-fab housing is a great innovation
and a much more efficient and streamlined way to
build housing in Canada's climate.
Check out these pre-fab housing guys in N.B. too

I am not now nor was I ever involved in fundraising for local refugee placement groups; I prefer to work on a real project of value ... and support our young Canadians and the betterment of their quality of life... and by advocating for health and safety of the young children in public schools in the province
@ Safe Schools N.B. since 2011.. http://nomorefluoriderinsenb.blogspot.ca

Youtube deleted five video accounts of mine so far... three of them in less than one year? Pity.
Facebook deleted me in 2015... its been difficult to keep connected the way normal people do.
I'm an outlier, clearly, and I have had to employ the 'workaround' many times in my life here.

Maybe you're one of the unhelpful people who have thrown my handmade posters in the garbage?

If you don't want to help please don't interfere with the efforts that were started here in 80s by Duncan and more recently in 2013 by Ethan - grandson of the former Mayor Pat Estabrooks - and many others along the way ... And just so you understand my position:  I am censored by the Town for advocating for a positive project for the youth.  I have driven car loads of youth to various skateparks in the region and I am well aware of the joy of the sport and appreciate the athletics of the sport for the fun and freedom that it brings to youth, that's what adults do with some vision and some ambition .. they find constructive ways for their young to play; they don't sit on the sidelines criticizing those who are actually doing some advocacy.  I'm interested in ideas and concepts and possibly a first -- a hempcrete skatepark -- I'm not interested in nobodies online whining that it can't be done
"by Moms" because that is how a lot of things are done .. quietly, without fanfare and zero ego ...
I have spent lots of my time doing posters, photography and promotion for this great youth project for a number of years with little media help
there is
lots of interest in a great park.
It will happen because of efforts made
by good people who don't seek anything other
than creative collaboration for the benefit of our deserving local youth who do not have a voice in politics and decision making.
I no longer have access to Facebook.

Twitter has removed my accounts.
Vimeo has removed my accounts.
Youtube has removed my accounts.

I have in person also advised Bruce Wark @Warktimes.com

and at his site in 2019 about this initiative...

Parrsboro Nova Scotia — Bruce Wark started this website in 2015 before moving to Sackville NB? I started Tantramar Landowners Association in 2015 after a lot of censorship by the Town of Sackville online and discovering them happy to ignore the youth who presented in Town Hall about a new skatepark in the summer of 2013 .. I was surprised they went ahead with a $1/2million playground rebuild and splash park instead of a great concrete skatepark and I felt the disappointment of the youth in the Mayor Berry’s decision to do this project instead of the youth’s skatepark project and I wondered if it was because the group was represented by the previous Mayor Pat Estabrooks grandson Ethan.. perhaps I will never know the politics of this small town but there is definitely an agenda at work that is “rotary” led.. Mayors with Rotary connections should not be elected to lead the direction of the town in future.

Comment from Bruce Wark: Yes, this blog dates from February 2015 covering news in the town of Parrsboro and vicinity. I had been covering Parrsboro news for CICR-FM, the local community radio station for about two years, but finally quit in frustration and started my own local news service. After moving to Sackville in 2016, I started covering local news here mainly for CHMA-FM, the campus/community radio station, but after a year, I quit to devote more effort to Warktimes. CHMA does not cover much local news even though it’s supposed to under the terms of its broadcast licence. I send radio versions of my Warktimes stories to CFTA, the community station in Amherst. As far as I can tell, very few people listen to CHMA. Each student at Mt. A. is required to contribute $40 per academic year to CHMA and $33 to the Argosy, the student newspaper. Unlike CHMA, the Argosy actually covers campus and town news."

 We don't need anymore
funded climate hysteria!
Its senseless, wasteful, unfounded fear-mongering and its got to stop.
With thanks to the late
Dr. Tim Ball
for your wisdom and courage

I have challenged others to look into the
claims of Joseph Gregory Hallett...
I am one of the few people in Canada
willing to publish on this man.. why?

Is there a gag order on this man by CBC? Why?
We should be celebrating our New King!

Do Canadian journalists lie by omission by not publishing important stories for Canadians? yes.
If you are a journalist and you are not covering this story you are not doing your job and you are also guilty of collaborating with the medical-academic-military-industrial complex at this point...  please keep it in mind ...  you are being monitored...
just some friendly advice from the
King's Patriots ....
notice has been given and there is no excuse
to continue to ignore this important story.

Check out the Amherst Skatepark video below to see what a REAL concrete project looks like.

Skater was Bronson Nicholas... one of the youth who grew up here making videos and helping at the skatepark as an employee of the Town of Sackville in the summertime.

I feel proud to be part of the skatepark advocacy culture in our region... its a good cause!!

Its good to see someone so passionate about a project - hope you succeed - you make it clear that you are standing with the youth rather than the stuffy old boomers.
