My five major issues are:
1) End the Saudi Arms Deal - Canada should not be assisting the genocide in Yemen.
2) Balance the Budget - If interest rates rise to the levels where they were at the year of my birth - 1985, Canada's federal treasury will be empty. We have to tackle this now.
3) Tax Reform - The average Canadian is paying over $20,000 in taxes, either through hidden tax or explicit tax. Businesses don't have the capacity to grow in Canada while startups are excessively difficult without having friends in the government. Canada desperately needs tax reform.
4) Sound Money - Banks get rich off of printing money, devaluing the Canadian dollar's purchasing power. This hurts seniors and those on minimum wage the most. We need to end this practice to have any hope of eliminating poverty.
5) Free Market Environmentalism - Let's make sure Canadians save money by going green, rather than being taxed to go green.
