So who is the " off camera " woman in this "EOS Eco" 2018 video who anonymously suggests to Jamie Burke to build " retention ponds " while everyone is chuckling out there in the EOS Eco Energy lands this town expenditure is $2Million of taxpayer money wasted by Jamie Burke, Town Employee who also happens to live on St. James Street where the new pond project has no doubt enhanced property values along with his St. James Street neighbours Glen & Ann who are owners since 2016 of the "Thunder & Lightning" pub and who coincidentally were just handed a $4,000 GIFT by Jamie Burke on behalf of the Town of Sackville routed through Renaissance Sackville - a non-profit funded by the Town for many years - to build their pub's website and "mobile cocktail bar" ... this all smells very unfair and rotten to me and it makes our town look like a big corrupt joke. The priorities here are very wrong.
Jamie Burke seems to think he works for EOS Eco because he is acting as though he is in their pocket as a useful idiot for local environmentalists & bossy "technocrats" who sought to have us spend millions on MORE ponds here - this is truly unjustifiable spending - utter madness! Fire Jamie Burke & save a lot of future taxpayer money because God only knows what else he wants to do in the way of "costly environmentalist special projects" for our town. Then use our taxpayer money to build a great big new awesome concrete skatepark project for our youth -- something that has actually been asked for, is needed and wanted in this region.. why does Jamie Burke continually ignore this concrete skatepark project for our youth? Because he takes his orders from technocrats/environmentalist/NGOs - and - In what world is locally funding and promoting a pub be considered town business and advocating a healthy lifestyle to our youth? Not in my world.
