Testing at the microbiology laboratory at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton has identified three new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in New Brunswick to 98.

Of the 98 cases, 57 are travel-related, 31 are close contacts of confirmed cases, four cases are from community transmission and six cases remain under investigation.

Six patients were hospitalized and two have been discharged. Four patients remain in hospital, with one in the intensive care unit.

To date, 28 patients have recovered.

The new cases, which are under investigation, are:

An individual aged 20-29 in Zone 3 (Fredericton region)
An individual aged 30-39 in Zone 3 (Fredericton region)
An individual aged 50-59 in Zone 3 (Fredericton region)

"Mayor Higham will probably be remembered as the big spender pond guy who blew threw the cash because his climate hysteria culture club pushed him to do – Handrahan angrily told me not to publish his photo at Pride 2015 with Ann Bastarache, CPC party candidate running against Dominic Leblanc, and Bill Evans has given the ‘gun finger shooting me’ salute when I was on a walk so I – more than anyone could imagine – appreciate Bruce Phinney’s honesty and concern about the decisions, staffing and management and shenanigans going on in the technocratic echo-chamber we call ‘town hall’ where a lot of talk goes on but not a whole lot of common sense is present — the opposition to the Alder’s drive-thru and pipeline Energy East put our town on the map as being non-serious and prone to making a series of big farts in a small town of comfy university academics with no real life work experience… thanks Bruce Wark.. Technocracy town of sackville.com [ New Brunswick Canada ] largely run by obediant, uninspired minions as this video indicates .. at approximately 1 hr 28 minutes... Mayor John Higham responds to Councillor Bruce Phinney who votes against the quarry project as its a liability after Phinney made a formal, public recommendation on behalf of taxpayers that the town remove Crandall Engineering and as well dismiss and replace Dwayne Acton, Jamie Burke & CAO Phil Handrahan for their actions and activity resulting in the $525,000 mistake/mismanagement costs.. Acton, Burke, Handrahan were defended by the Mayor when Higham stated:  " .. I think that's um.. I just want to note Councillor Phinney that there is no immunity to the words you say here.. so you need to understand that there may be some something .. there may be some legal action ... its just a warning".. Councillor Bill Evans also piled on to berate Phinney, of course, because having a backbone and standing up for the taxpayers is not something Higham or Evans would ever do.. they're far too busy licking the boots of the green team/technocrats .. and burning through the cash on pond project we don't want.  Remember this group refused to let Tantramar Gas Bar put in a drive-thru coffee service because they were worried about pollution.....

They're good at ignoring good projects in favour of being pond builders... dull.

Yes Mayor Higham "Carbon Tax Is Theft" and you can bloody well stop promoting it.

A lot of people make the mistake of thinking the local governments are places where you could have an impact if you got involved.. but they couldn't be more wrong.. I realize there is nothing but corruption, and ingrained technocracy within local government and you have absolutely no input .. nor do they solicit it.

Example 1:  'carbon tax' .. our local mayor in Sackville has been behind it and promoting it enthusiastically... why?

 then just before the civic election quickly 'offloads' for real cheap to local preferred developer.. its now used for a communitarian hub called "The Commons" .. promoting NGOs, non-profits, "start ups" and "co-ops" .. the 'new economy' .. planned economy.. communitarian economy... see ACL Books.. "I'm opposed to communitarianism... I think its a bad model" [ Marine Le Pen, France ] ... "Its the dictatorship of the community" [ Niki Raapana ] ... "We wanted a new youth centre/skatepark refurbished from this site of town buildings and land .. and we got nothing." [ local skatepark venue promoter at landowners group Tantramar Landowners Association ] 

 After researching background on  'Commons' hubs its clear that these organizations do not support private property, private businesses or private enterprisers... why fund them? I've seen local "Community Forests International" promoting these 'community land trusts' .. another funded NGO working to undermine private property ownership and private businesses thru funded govt grants and a network of well connected communitarians and their operatives who work in concert for their 'common' goals...
