Technocrats hide behind their orgs. and funded NGOs and non-profits purporting to work for the greater good and for nature preservation but what they are are anti-human cowards who exist to remove your freedoms, your rights, your joy in life.
The technocracy may be well funded but it is not the all-powerful authority [that's just propaganda].
