Logical deductive method - bad faith of governments --Marco Rigamonti

The logical-deductive method is a rational procedure that leads to a certain conclusion through a coherent processing procedure that examines generic elements of a given subject, within which that conclusion is implicit and revealed by a coordinated evaluation of the aforementioned elements.

If we observe the way in which governments act, we immediately realize that believing their declared good intentions could never take place in a context of logical-deductive analysis, but only during an exasperated act of faith, duly fueled by emotional states that pollute reason sufficiently and suspend judgment.

Take for example the European Union and its Central Bank. Why can the European Central Bank by statute not be a lender of last resort like all other banks in the world if not European ones? What other arcane reason can there be than to convert the issuance of liquidity into debt? And for what arcane reason again still a liquidity issue generated by clicking on a display should be issued against a debt, if not to expropriate the country that contracts this debt with real resources? I challenge any economist in the world right now to explain why this would be good for nations and not only good for financial entities that exploit this mechanism to steal real resources through supranational institutions born and designed just for this purpose.

This leads us to note at the same time that even if the population no longer wants to be in the European Union, in fact we are all still in this Europe, the population does not want the ESM but when governments decide, the ESM arrives with the relative financial and social Armageddon, the population no longer wants the Lockdown, but the Lockdown continues and the population has no say in the matter, as it does not have any say on the use of masks and any other measure.

How come then, these governments, which openly act for different and opposite wills to those expressed by peoples, continue to proclaim themselves an expression of our will and to have entrusted the government of the nations, if the people themselves are actually perfectly aware of bad faith with which the European Union expresses itself in its government policies?

Logical-deductive thinking, if rational and not polluted by instilled desires and emotional states or suggestions, prevents us from reading these elements as respectful of the interests or of the civil and constitutional rights of peoples, who are literally raped by governments that persist in acting with measures notoriously unwanted and not accepted by the population, without ever allowing, even in this dramatic and current international situation, that their "scientific" or financial committees, as they call them, can be challenged through appropriate delegations that support opposing theses, since from all over Europe, as in the rest of the world, we have a substantial portion of scientists, doctors, jurists and economists who for years have been suggesting both economic and health-related measures, diametrically opposed to those adopted and imposed by governments.

I am not suggesting wild disobedience, but I believe that, as highlighted by several jurists, all these issues that are in clear conflict with the citizen's interests could be legally addressed, such actions could aim to outlaw Lockdowns and all measures of restrictions that are attacking the citizen again their will, through the use of justice to defend our civil and constitutional rights.
