Mark Mercer - Honest rudeness or insincere civility - SAFS 2018

Mark Mercer, President of The Society for Academic Freedom and Scholarship introduces SAFS, its mission, beliefs, and goals, and follows with "Honest rudeness or insincere civility."

Dr. Mercer is the first of three presenters at the Annual General Meeting of SAFS which took place at the University of Western Ontario on May 5, 2018.

Professor Mercer's presentation was followed by a presentation by Lindsay Shepherd and Dr. David Haskell dealing with Ms. Shepherd's experience with free speech on the campus of Wilfrid Laurier University.
