Confident that the housing industry has yet to be revolutionized by tech, Rivas and Joseph have taken their combined experience in prefab and computational design to start Cover. The company produces CNC-cut panels that click together like LEGOs to become tiny, and small, cottages. I'd say this is a great deal .. esp for a young growing family... but I also think an artist or an intelligent person escaping the city would love this place as well .. we weren't meant to live in those busy, concrete crowded metropolis centres... Canada is such a huge nation .. and there is so much room... what are people doing pay $1 million for any home?

I think Ken is definitely on to something with this business model; if you've sold any number of homes in your lifetime you'll know that you kissed goodbye tens of thousands of dollars that isn't in your bank account and perhaps should be... the direct connection between sellers and buyers cuts out the large expense of realtors.
