New Main Street development is a six-storey apartment building that will create 81 rental units from established "Smart"growth builder John Lafford.  A project in the multi million dollar range that will house many folks in the heart of the downtown... and sets a precedent for height on residential buildings downtown... a sign of things to come for the 'densification' of an old Canadian eastcoast university town... and according to Mayor of the Town of Tantramar Andrew Black "densification" is a desired future here.
