So they have told us they surveyed 800 people, yes that's correct 800 people, and Colchesters population is 120k+. Most of those people they surveyed are "greeners" who support sustainability plans.
I'm all up for greener life BUT as long they don't force people (making private car ownership expensive, taxes, Low Traffic Neighbourhoods, fines etc).
Let's not forget that these people also encourage stop eating meat.
