The York - Lafford Realty - Sackville New Brunswick

Sackville, NB — July 3, 2025 – Lafford Properties is proud to announce two major residential milestones in Sackville:

1. Lafford Place, located at 133 Main Street, has officially opened this month, offering 71 high-quality units. Leasing has moved swiftly — most units are already spoken for, and the first wave of tenants moved in over the past weekend.
2. Groundbreaking has commenced on “The York”, marking the beginning of construction on approximately 100 additional units, a strategic expansion designed to meet growing demand in the community.

We invite you to watch our two highlight videos capturing the excitement:

John Lafford reflects: “Launching Lafford Place and welcoming our first tenants has been incredibly rewarding. The momentum is inspiring—now with The York underway, we're bringing new, thoughtfully designed housing to Sackville.”
