Security experts baffled by RCMP Cameron Jay Ortis being granted bail. Wesley Wark at the University of Ottawa described the decision as “mind-boggling.” RCMP COM Brenda Lucki claimed arrest was necessary due to major threat to national security/intelligence yet released on bail.
