Bank of Canada (and now the Government) Offering Loans to Banks

The Government of Canada (via the Bank of Canada) is resuming a program, suspended in August of 2020, that allows it to loan its cash into the banking system, with Scotia Bank saying the move could be intended to ease pressure in the funding market.

Note: you cannot spell "banking" without "KING".
