Big thank you to the great organizers for this cozy event in the Veterans Community Centre with all five candidates in attendance to answer questions, put forth their platforms and discuss ideas from the audience afterwards... it was a small group but a very worthwhile gathering of 20 or so locals.
Some ideas discussed included the problem with carbon tax and also the Regional Service Commissions [ SERSC ] and why they should be de-commissioned / defunded.
Remember to vote - election day is October 21st..
your voice matters and your vote is your voice.
Some discussions with the attendees afterwards were with respect to the Biodigital Convergence, Smart Cities, AI, Digital Economy, Digital Currency, "Policy Horizon Canada" issues/concerns - please see website http://biodigcon.com for more info.
