Executive home builders is a family owned home building and renovation company.
We have built everything from starter homes to multi-million dollar luxury homes. We also have extensive experience in renovations and commercial. The president of the company is Gary Pardy. Gary is a third generation builder who grew up on construction sites working side by side with his Dad, his grandfather and his uncles.
He aquired his skills working with his mentors and was taught the ‘ old school” , hands on , way of doing things the right way , the first time. No corners are cut in our construction and we use the best and latest technology in every project. We treat every project alike, be it a starter home or a mansion.
Gary’s wife Karen is the other half of Executive homes. Karen started working with Gary during her college years, developed a passion for the industry and has made it her career as well. Karen does interior design of the homes , assists clients with choices as well as a multitude of other duties.
Together Karen and Gary are the perfect team. In our 35 years , and that is each , not combined, we have constructed homes in five provinces from the east coast to BC and are very proud to have received several awards for various homes we have built. Our commitment to our clients is to provide the absolute premium quality home for the best possible price.
