"The Sackville Fall Fair is a very important event in the Town of Sackville, bringing hundreds of people to our town to join in the festivities and visit our local businesses. After cancelling the event in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were excited to be able to offer the event this coming weekend.
Unfortunately, there has been a recent sharp increase in COVID-19 cases right here in Sackville and our surrounding communities. After a great deal of discussion, it’s with a heavy heart that the Town has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 Sackville Fall Fair.
We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused, but the Town’s first priority is to keep our residents, staff and volunteers safe. Cancelling Fall Fair activities is the best and most responsible way to do so.
If you had intended on visiting any of the privately operated events during the weekend, we recommend contacting the organizer directly."
