I have bothered to report on the Great Barrington Declaration .... the other so-called journalists haven't done so .. including Bruce Wark at Warktimes.com ... and considering this university town touts itself as #1 with undergraduates according to Maclean's Magazine ratings I am surprised at their lack of sound scholarly and reasoned presentation of information at CHMA 106.9 fm website... especially in light of the very low death rate for covid19!
As 18 out of 777,000 have died of the covid19 illness -- that is an extremely low number and the recovery rate is extremely high for those who do come down with the covid19 illness -- I have been asking people to look into the importance of a sensible approach to public policy and mandates surrounding behaviours and concerns respecting our society is being constrained... in specific I have reached out directly by phone to Shawn Mesheau - who is now running for Mayor of Sackville - to ask that he take the time and look into this matter and tell his colleagues and staff at the Town Hall locally... I have signed this sensible declaration and I sincerely hope that more people do the same...
