When Canadians started to put the "global village" before their own citizens the wealth redistribution really began.. its been decades since UN Agenda 21 was implemented.. the re-distribution of wealth has continued with Trudeau 2.0:

I’m glad Edmonton declared a climate emergency. -40 C winter is coming and we need to liberate fossil fuels ASAP to make it easier to combat this catastrophe. These taxes are raising the cost of combating this annual disaster and need to end. Amirite!?
