Special Council Meeting - November 18, 2024 - Mayor Andrew Black and Councillor Allison Butcher Both Were Absent

Unelected, acclaimed, Aulac resident Greg Martin is Deputy Mayor and was running tonight's meeting and began by declaring that they are on unceded territory.  Called Greg at 536-1337 to let him know that we are not on unceded territory and the statement should not be read out at the beginning of every meeting for legal reasons.  Pleasant discussions were to be had and I thanked him for his time and consideration on this request.
Budget meeting discussions with Michael Beal on "General Operating Budget" expenditures and projections ... comment section remains closed on the Town's Youtube channel... why?

This Constant Reference to Land Claims and the "Unceded" Lingo Has To Stop...

Andrew Black photography by Indie Media East Coast -- "Take Back Your Power" a film by Josh del Sol that was crowdfunded by me and others was screen premiered at the Global Breakthrough Energy Conference years ago because of my efforts and connections with Jason Verbelli in California... and I'm still largely under-recognized in this region for my efforts ... why is that?  Don't we have bigger more important conversions to have here?  I really think that we do ... I'm not a fan of dumbing down folks.

Where is this nonsense actually all going to take us to... please ask yourself why it is going on...

why is all this tribal, racist, and destructive divide and conquer stuff being pushed on us?

Tantramar Mayor Andrew Black needs to stop repeating the mantras of "Stolen lands" or "Unceded Territory" or "Traditional Lands" at the opening of every Town Hall meeting.  Pitting groups of people against other groups of people based solely on their "skin colour" is racist behaviour and must be halted.

Five of the current elected Town Councillors are retired from their workforce years, collecting pensions, as well as very nice paycheques in these new roles, financially comfortable AND so in solid positions to be thoughtful and reflective on this key issue and to truly grasp the wisdom of not continuing to go along with the flow on this topic, use of words, and consider more deeply the implications of this "narrative" and what it will mean for future generations...

Mount Allison University's website says:
"We would like to acknowledge that we are located within the territory of Mi’kma’ki, the unceded, ancestral territory of the Mi’kmaq. Our relationship and our privilege to live on this territory was agreed upon in the Peace and Friendship Treaties of 1752. Because of this treaty relationship it is to be acknowledged that we are all Treaty people and have a responsibility to respect this territory."

Claims of being here time immemorial cannot be proven; in fact they are dubious and unhelpful.
There is plenty of land for everyone to have a share and not live in scarcity... its ridiculous to think otherwise in a place as large as this nation is.
Overall the large majority of Canadians want to live coexisting peacefully with each other but with INDIVIDUAL land rights, not in kibbutz-type-communal living arrangements and inside shared properties... NATIVES DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE INDIVIDUAL LAND RIGHTS and their way of living is in direct conflict with our's.. our rights are worth preserving and upholding; that's the truth.

Time to be real in 2023 about what it means to be living together as a collection of peoples on the same big land mass with all the many ethnicities and races.  End race based laws and the divide and conquer crap! Unite, prosper, evolve.

Former Mayor Higham's "Chignecto Native Consulting" @ 14 Weldon Street Moved to 13 Lorne Street {Enterprise Building with Green Party Megan Mitton MLA}

Maple Leaf and Native Micmac flag
2018 flying at Mount Allison University campus...
-- today there are now four flags flying at this location....
at last count in this small town I have counted over 22 flags
including UN and NATO flags ... its a little much.

Elected in 2016 John Higham is a Rotary member just as the previous mayor was.
Higham served through the covid conjob era here and was keen
to get masks on people .... why?

Greg Hallett's advice on face masks....

Masking people is abusive and harmful...

John Higham's wife is a native status Canadian who is
comfortably retired from a government job in Indian Affairs....
and their two grown sons are 'native status' Canadians....

Questions still linger about the role John Higham is playing locally...
and his hidden Agenda and network of colleagues...

John Higham is a 1974 graduate of British Columbia's
Port Moody Senior - as am I which is an interesting coincidence to say the least!

Canadians need to understand what UNDRIP is:
https://aptnnews.ca/2019/06/06/conservatives-on-cusp-of-killing-indigenous-rights-legislation-c-262/

John Higham's "Chignecto" consulting

Currently in Town Hall Meetings the Mesheau Mayor is declaring that we are on unceded territory at the start of every meeting so ... does this mean we don't own the lands, that we don't have to pay taxes on them?  Clarification would be nice.

Is John Higham in a conflict of interest with his consulting business during his job as Mayor for the Town of Sackville? [2016-2020]

Is he withholding information from the public about his involvement with any land 'native' claims against our part of New Brunswick?

Should Higham be required to disclose any claims that he is helping with, working on or aware of that natives are putting forth against our Towns properties and local lands?

Are Higham's two children - now grown - who were attending at university for free under "native status" receiving special privileges that others are not?

Why was Higham intimidating town councillors

and the public in town hall meetings who would

speak up and ask him important questions & make commentary?

Who are the five 'consultants' working inside Town Hall?

What is their goal?

Why did Higham delete his Facebook page after being elected?

Finally.....

Why is Higham working with 'healthcare' at this point?

John Higham's former offices were at 14 Weldon... consulting with natives is a lucrative boomer business... today you will find John Higham working at this offices on Lorne Street, along with Megan Mitton MLA they are locked up tight [like Fort Knox]... in a secured building with a keypad entry and camera on the entrance.... why?

Finally...
Of note.....

Over 3000 private properties in Canada might be handed over to American Indian tribes, and the property owners are being kept in the dark about it. Imagine losing your house and land out of the blue.
Informing them could "frustrate progress":
"if the landowners were informed that they live within the claim area, “there is a real possibility that many of them will seek to participate in this proceeding.” That, Justice Fisher said, could “frustrate” the progress of the case."

NATO flag is missing this week...

Land Claims, UNDRIP, Canada & United Nations SDGs Sustainable Development Goals, Agenda 2030

" Radical social justice agenda " should be monitored and has been written about previously on this blogger... http://tantramarlandownersassociation.blogspot.com/2019/03/jodys-agenda-conrad-black-writes-on-snc.html

Their 'native' land grabs are coming..... and...

our Canadian universities are hubs for training 'change agents' that will help to usher in the new global agenda... UN Agenda 2030 - no more land rights for private property ownership... that is their goal.

“Sustainable Development Goals embody a new era of engagement and exploration in pursuit of equality for everyone on our planet,” said Joshua Cooper, director of International Network for Diplomacy & Indigenous Governance Engaging in Nonviolence Organizing for Understanding & Self-Determination (INDIGENOUS). “The 17 Goals outline an opportunity to organize, to overhaul global governance, to be honest for future generations; [they are] rooted in a philosophy of ‘no one left behind,’ with a human rights blueprint dedicated to ‘furthest behind first.’ Indigenous Peoples will be the moral measurement of achievement and nurturers of a new relationship with nature.”

Unceded Territory in Canada - Claims That Take Your Land Rights Away... eh?

Time to End Race Based Laws?
Time to End Race Based Segregation and Apartheid in Canada?
Its 2019.

Does your town promote this race based tribalism?
Race based segregation?
Government enabling and promoting apartheid?
When does this end?

#END RACE BASED LAWS IN CANADA
Unify all Canadians.
http://endracebasedlaws.ca

Town of Sackville NB on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/sackvilleNB/ .. must declare a position on this issue... all landowners here need to join with one another and reject these "unceded territory" land claims acknowledgement by those who think we need to give our land back to first nations ... we don't ... this is Canada... period.

Well known Canadian agitator Justin Brake writes for APTN ... on 'UNDRIP'...
https://aptnnews.ca/2019/06/06/conservatives-on-cusp-of-killing-indigenous-rights-legislation-c-262/

Event covered by Justin Brake last year in Nova Scotia...

At Sackville High School in Nova Scotia on unceded Mi’kmaq territory for ’s town hall. There are a number of Indigenous people on hand who have questions for the Prime Minister.
