This region has a lot of wonderful land available for building... what we are is nothing like Toronto, Vancouver, Halifax, Montreal... we are a rural folk... let's stay that way!! It would be so great to see more people moving here and building their dream homes and living in a lifestyle that is NOT SMARTGROWTH... because the reality is that SMARTGROWTH is not so smart... just think about it... more single family homes, with more gardens, more beauty... we should be building paradise with good ideas; not following the herd..
