Every Charles Bukowski poem deserves a film. This one is no different. Based on “No Leaders Please” I created my own cinematic version.
Some of you may have already seen my other film called “All The Way” which is also based on a Bukowski poem. I was fortunate to receive a Vimeo Staff Pick for this one plus lots of great reactions from people all over the world.
Again I mixed the talents of Tom O’Bedlam (voice) and Tony Anderson (music).
Thanks also to the gifted Dutch actor Richard de Maaré.
