Housing costs are not necessarily the problem here as land is very affordable in the Tantramar.
Natural building [eg. "cob" ] is an older way of creating dwellings.. so what's really needed is innovation and a desire to work with creation -- that is not the contemporary way or the typical way BUT it could solve these housing costs issues quickly... there is only abundance that must be tapped into, not a helpless cry and demand that the government- nannystate provide homes to people to live in.. packed into sardine-can-style units? nope. Humans traditionally built their own homes for many generations so its in our DNA to create our dwellings.. perhaps a new era of self sufficiency will come about through the hardships of the covidian times?

Not a fan of the 'lefty' Twitter platform at all but the technology seemed to invite me on there earlier this month for some weird reason... it is a dreadful platform filled with haters/best avoided IMHO.
