"Namaste Bistro exists in the space where authenticity and innovation meet. We treat Indian cuisine as a foundation, drawing on time-honoured methods like tandoori style cooking and slowly emulsified curries, while applying modern culinary precision to our composition and finish. Our kitchen is led by sharp flavours, dynamic plating, and a belief that complexity should always feel effortless on the palate. We push boundaries without overpowering the roots, building plates that feel intentional, progressive, and undeniably Indian at heart."

Tantramarshire is going through some 'churn'.... please remain calm...

It might actually spook the obediant herd at town hall to find out how little their purported concerns line up with everyone else living here in the beautiful Tantramarshire... like the climate change hysteria crew and silly face maskers still
muzzling up in June 2022....
they're like a different species of human to me.

Special Council Meeting - May 31, 2022 - YouTube

Long time town councillor and retired groundskeeper at Mount Allison University Bruce Phinney sits next to fearful, almost hysteric colleague in the N95 mask Bill Evans Town Councillor and former Mount Allison University employee...

That face you make when you've just been given $25,000 to help out climate hysterics in the area..
