this is a great example of greedy people operating in the marketing of homes locally.  Case in point:

Listed in 2023 for $379,900 with Patti Steele, realtor with Re/Max "Platinum Award Winner" on Instagram.. "when you love what you do it doesn't feel like work" says Patti ... does it feel great to get wealthy by simply brokering a product built over a century ago in a small town with limited homes..

This unimpressive home sits on under a 1/2 acre in town was built in 1920 .. its a "flipper" old home as it sold for $185,000 in 2022.

Considering the almost $200,000 price difference someone has to explain what is going on here?

This is used by the owner as a 'rental' property...
