By-Election event.... this week.

Five people running for Megan Mitton's vacated spot on town council.

Names of the candidates are as follows:

- Shawn Meshau
- Dylan Wooley-Berry
- Julia Feltham
- Sabine Dietz
- Brian Nielson

Both Julia and Brian ran in the last election, are townies, parents, popular 'community organizers' / nannystatists; Sabine once ran as mayor, lost, but is heavily involved in the 'green' movement, works tirelessly behind the scenes to scare people about the climate etc.; Shawn is the most experienced; Dylan is a youthful newcomer who thinks we aren't charged fairly on the water bills .. should be an interesting race... eh?  I sort of hope Dylan wins to be honest.. more youthful energy on the council would be a good thing.. and a good experience for Dylan.
