A local and ever-expanding group of self-appointed meddlers continue to cause disruption to the peace and quiet in our society with their unrelenting propaganda, controlling agenda of fear, misinformation, and social engineering efforts.Who are these 'players'? Please be mindful of the 'active' players Carolle and her sidekick David McKellar [ spent his career as a senior manager with the Department of National Defense in Ottawa ] in particular that are at work here as they will be dealt with for their ongoing bad faith actions against our local population. These two people in particular have a very politically-driven agenda and they have assumed that people here are stupid and uneducated.. big mistake on their part -- never presume authority over others.. ever. They have used this 'fake crisis' to put terror into people and that is unacceptable... they have done damage.. and seem happy to continue to do more damage.
