Like so many meddlers he really thinks he is helping and making a difference in the 'international community' he is one of the most well connected and well loved .. because he gives people money.. most university towns have been infilitrated with his orgs... NGO culture is very real operating in a parallel governing system that most people seem oblivious to.. the reach and funding is immense... and their NGO non-profit network is well laid and funded.
