Some videos at NCA's youtube channel from the recent event to promote their political party which was met with violence and "very loud protest" on the street.
The yelling and anger of the protestors would indicate they are the corrosive force; not the four men gathering to promote ideas with the NCA... I am sure the police realize exactly what tactics the 'protestors' use and how they are networked.
