No one in the region is asking for local government to spend more money on another large project...
this is called "astroturfing" to create a fake and phoney general consensus..
Most people want less government, less taxation and less interference in their lives.. got it?
No one wants another big white elephant of a building to use for "community" space... we have plenty buildings in existence already for many purposes.. a new large expensive building is not needed but its still being promoted by people like Josh Goguen Town Councillor Ward 3.. with the help of Mike Robar at CHMA FM.
Their website also does a disservice to the people in this region by claiming we are all on 'unceded' lands... we are not. . . this is untrue.. and is clearly misinformation/disinformation.. and its designed to create division between natives and non-natives in Tantramar.. it needs to stop.. the university should remove this commentary from their Government funded website immediately. Of note also is this website closed off/removed their comments section in 2020.. a true act of censorship and suppression of free speech in the online world.
