Debbie Wiggins-Colwell was the Mayor of Dorchester.. and then was elected as Town Councillor representing Dorchester when the amalgamation took place during the "coviet" era in New Brunswick under Premier Blaine Higgs. Daniel Allain was the Minister responsible for the forced amalgamations.. he is now running to be the elected leader of the Conservative Party of New Brunswick here:  Daniel Allain NB | Facebook
