Artie Kenny's commentary found a few years ago a Facebook page here:
Tantramar Affordable Housing Initiative | Facebook
So, do we think that there should be no incentives to build apartments? No incentives or benefits to taking the risks, to having initiative, to helping build a product to benefit a community? I think that’s called socialism or communism. Yes, there needs to be government involvement. I believe the government is not doing enough. One way to combat housing costs is supply. There needs to be a medium between capitalism and housing. Without incentive, we have the government building homes and we know how that would go."
Looking forward to seeing the project at Bayview Estates under development now off Queens Road

There is a big demand for housing in the region at this point because the word got out that Tantramar is a great place to live.
Here's to many more housing projects in the region as this part of Canada becomes more well known as a hub in the Maritimes.
Thanks Artie Kenny for your work.
