Oh the irony of the Mount Allison University advertisement running here at the opening with Tantramar's Mayor Andrew Black welcoming a student into his Throne Room aka Town Hall Chambers... pure comedy gold... but if you are a local homeowner and a long time taxpayer of over a decade here and you arrive and want a chance to speak ... do not bother.. that's the message folks.. plain & simple. Black the "Cockblocker" runs a very tight narrative.. doncha know?
