This terrific two storey new home build is coming along very well.. its located near the downtown and directly backs on to the beautiful marshlands.. the house next door is a single story build and equally impressive. The two properties were lots that sold within the last few years for new development. It is just what the town needs -- new construction and as it happens the owners are a family of builders adding to the beauty of the downtown with their new single family dwellings. Sackville definitely needs more of this to add to the growth here.
