We're not on average in Canada wealthy enough to own second homes [or even first homes] ... many like me have to do their sightseeing online these days...
but the reality is that an entire generation has no hope of home ownership...
for them there are decent rental properties...
I won't talk about "affordable housing" here because that's a relative term and $4000 per month is no big deal for some and for others struggling to survive their limit is $1000 per month.. or less.. housing is a basic human right but Canadians don't have a government that actually respects their rights at this point - something we learned during their "convid scam"
