Taxpayer.com Sticker found in town... Lower Taxes, Less Waste, Accountable Government.
Stand Up. Be heard!
Story has been covered by CHMA FM at this link:
"Peter Mesheau is a former Sackville town councillor and MLA, and for the past 15 years he’s been working with AIL Group. Mesheau says the Walker Road site is one of two sites that was considered for the new factory, but with the zoning change passed, the company has committed to Walker Road. He says he expects the factory to employ between 20 and 25 people. He acknowledges AIL Group will need to put in their own on site water and sewer services, which Mesheau says will “meet or exceed” provincial laws." at this link below:
Residents concerned about plans for factory on Walker Road after council clears the way for development in 177-acre industrial zone » CHMA 106.9 FM (chmafm.com)
Story has been covered by Bruce Wark at Warktimes.com:
"Bonnie Swift, who helped write the letter, says she compiled questions and concerns from other residents as well as a number of professionals who live in the Walker Road area — people with expertise in such fields as environmental planning, biology, geology and engineering.
She herself is a retired civil environmental engineer who has worked on industrial projects throughout western Canada. She also served as an economic development officer for the town of Sackville from 2010 to 2012.
Swift says she now realizes that town council cleared the way for the new factory when it changed its zoning bylaw to allow industrial development in an area where there are no town water or sewer services."

More on Bonnie Swift: during her time as a well-paid economic development officer she took out a full small print two page centre fold in the Sackville Tribune Post explaining "fracking" in an attempt to promote that industry here in New Brunswick. That went over like a wet fart among the local anti-frackers.

Some commentary on the article found published at Bruce's article here:
“Please let’s get some business rolling that’s not just cafes in the downtown core” .. Amen to that.
Hey guys.. check out the website primarywaterinstitute.org
Water Liberty Project on Twitter… https://twitter.com/StudioZeroPhoto
The water scarcity story is a myth… we have lots of water and no need to panic … and it should be a good thing around here to have more local jobs!!
Thanks Bruce, good story."
"Les you are right my well quality has gone down a lot here. Well draw downs cause the concentrations of Iron and Manganese in the well water to increase since there are more sediments and these things tend to bind to sediments. Anyone not on a well has no *skin in the game. They don’t get it….Sally is probably on Town water."
"I asked with the intention of questioning the narrative of scarcity regarding water… the information is there for others to explore who are concerned and have acreage and can drill down for their water — which is a luxury — I always get slammed by Les on this site… doesn’t matter.. people with minds to focus on the information and learn will benefit from Pal Pauer’s research and accomplishments including his efforts in Israel to provide water where they were told there was no water. I don’t see what being on town water has to do with the discussion Bonnie. Aren’t we all “Tantramarshire” people now?"
[ As usual Les Hicks takes a negative approach to dismissing the primary water information ]

Another example of selective censorship
at this article and others is taking place with
Bruce Wark again is failing to post
additional commentary left
by "Kata List Productions"
in response to the queries left by others...
... why the selective comments Bruce Wark?
Wark does not acknowledge King John III
nor does he promote this blog... why?
I have done a bit of work promoting local
Warktimes.com but I do think he is a very
biased and suspect player in the town.
As for Les Hicks: you cannot be an expert
on the work of the Primary Water Institute's
accomplishments having only spent a few
hours at their website: do your due diligence
which involves taking the time to read more.
If you are on acreage with a well water supply
it would benefit you all to know what your
options are when it comes to obtaining your
clean, safe drinking water... right?
Be an adult Les Hicks, attacking
the messenger providing you with new research
makes you look petty and juvenile [again].
"On Town Water" people are now getting gouged
Bonnie Swift and Les Hicks FYI
by the Town of Sackville bookkeepers
and bean counters and minions
who have chosen to wage economic warfare
on the locals by increasing water rates 40%.
Totally unacceptable!
Again, water is plentiful and renewable
and we should not have to pay for it.
it is a God-given right for all.
If you don't stand up for your fellow
Tantramarshire peeps against tyrants
you'll continually be bullied by them.
may recall Les Hicks' 2022
stance on 'cat licensing'
