[ Jessica of Sackville 2020 received a two year contract to 'socially engineer' the town.. there are many people like Jessica who feel that they have a mission to 'fix us' all .. its rather disappointing how much money is wasted on these change agents.... but still no money to build a great concrete skatepark here]
