Sackville Regular Council Meeting - December 9, 2019

from Sackville.com video.... "... I don't think that giving ourselves a raise is in the best interests of the town... " - Bill Evans, Town Councillor

Perhaps if the town councillors were paid more money we'd attract more clever, effective and industrious candidates Bill. [ Bill specializes in promoting climate alarmism as a retired boomer from the mta.ca university he is financially comfy ]

http://cfact.org Center For A Constructive Tomorrow USA signage..

Perhaps Bill could become a Hemp Ambassador in his Golden Years.. eh?
Could be a winner #Hemp History Week & more fun than climate hysterics/taxation.  Bill is not the sharpest tool in the shed.  Bill drafted this:

An anti-industry, anti-oil and gas, anti-pipeline advocating and assuming that he would speak for the entire town which he can't possibly do.. that's just plain goofy.

I'm pro-pipelines and I'm not the only one around here that thinks pipelines are a good thing for Canada.  Bill likes windfarms.. and solar panel arrays.

Next item of interest... the Grifting Report...

Renaissance Sackville " is given $8,300 by the Town of Sackville [ at Jamie Burke's behest ] to give away as grants [at their discretion] .. a re-distribution of taxpayer dollars under the title of "economic development grants" at the local level, aka Grifts-R-Us as follows:

- Thunder & Lighting Ideas - a gift of $4,000 for a travelling cocktail bar;
- Community Machinery - a gift for "professional development" of $1,251.50;
- Downtown Digital - a gift for a sign & awning addition of $3,000

"They're [ Renaissance Sackville ] doing exactly what we asked them to do... " says Bill Evans on http://www.renaissancesackville.ca/about-us

But who are they? in 2019? Who knows....
