Popular Boomer Boxes by Lafford Builds : SMARTgrowth [ UN Agenda 2030 housing ]



Effort was met with some local resistance and disgruntled people postering .. complainers opposing the additional downtown housing construction.. but ahead the project went... Lafford is a preferred builder.. and a rich one at that.. UN Agenda 2030 housing is in demand in Sackville's UN compliant landscape.



Newest build has gained a lot of interest and its suites are mostly all rented out.
55 and over rental housing.. centre of downtown, underground parking.. steps to the waterfowl park and all the amenities... across from St. Paul's Historic Church .. next to the university pond... seems like these popular housing units will just keep coming .. its part of the plan for the town to attract more retiree age folks.
The future looks boxy and boomer-y and rent is not low cost affordable housing.




There's good money to be made in this kind of housing construction in the heart of downtown...expect to see more in the coming years... building 'density'.  The downtown is being transformed.  Tough to ignore that its being hyper-developed.
