Dear X, 14, Storms, Wind, Lightning, Thunder - poetry on poles

Doug "Poetry on the Poles" plaques grace the main street poles in Sackville NB .. all but this one [ 14 ] since the big storm a while back that took out a few power lines, trees & pole.
