2015 with Ann Bastarache for CPC Federal Election - Beausejour MP Seat

Pre-Federal Election tour of the downtown with candidate Ann Bastarache CPC in early October 2015 - sackville.com and mta.ca were making history with their first pride event .. the rev. John Perkin made a speech about all of us being "global citizens on unceded territory" to the crowd of approximately 200 people ... then ... in 2016 I was banned from campus .. go figure? Not feeling the love from some folks to be honest ... Tantramar is wonderful .. some of the people are very odd though.. with very odd agendas.

Ann Bastarache was NOT included in the candidates debate at the university .. that was a mistake .. this is the only university in the riding held by Dominic Leblanc, MP, Liberal.. Ann doesn't plan to run again this year ... I just wanted to put this on the record that I covered this event in 2015 and I'm not a hater.

It was great to get to know Ann and attempt to help promote her in a town that is - as Mike Olscamp has said in the past - a 'government' town .. Ann is an entrepreneur and free enterpriser and I wish her well.
When women support one another we can do a lot .. when we " kick down " instead of " kicking up " we are going to lose... its not about equality at this point .. its about meritocracy.  I despise the #gibsmedat crowd in this town ... they always have their hands out for more and believe they are entitled free $$.
Its a long game and I believe those with good ethics, good intentions, and work ethic deserve success.
